Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I really don’t understand the numbers as they dont seem to add up to me, Can you help me better understand what is going on and if these results are as bad as i think they are? It says normal sperm at the bottom but just dont get it.Thanks in advance
Hello dear I understand your concern 1st column/column is your value of semen analysis 2nd column is reference range (semen analysis in normal group of person).
So your semen analysis is completely normal. You have excellent sperm count and motility But morphology is not normal According to WHO it should be greater than 4%.
I would suggest to go for repeat semen analysis test, 2-4 days after abstinence in NABL accredited laboratory. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise. Hope this may help you
Contact further if follow up needed Best regards Dr. Sagar
